If you've got a sweet tooth then the photos on this page (exclusing the snake) will have you salivating. The Vietnamese sweets are surprisingly good. The factory we visited did a brisk trade with the tourists. One of the things that surprised me about the Mekong Delta tour was that all of the site visits we did were very good. The little factories are quite interesting as you will see from other examples further on.
