Ho Chi Minh City is full of aromatic smells and the cuisine options seem to be endless. You can eat and fancy restaurants or in little street cafes. We ate one night at a food market with canvas covering. This market sets up each night and is very popular. The food is delicious and the service excellent. The main city park is where many locals exercise at the end of the day. It's a good place to relax and to watch the world go by. You'll probably mainly use Ho Chi Minh City as a jumping off point for a visit to the Mekong Delta.
